[Bolling5] KY and IN, Bolings

The Bolings of Owen County, IN and Owen County, KY were related, at least
some of them were. A William Boling, a son Harbard, left records in both
counties.

Some evidence that a William Bolings m. Amy, son Harbard, may have been
the son of a John Boling of Montgomery County, NC. I stress "may have
been".

If this works out to be correct, it appears (stress appears) to look like
this:

1:  John Bolling, Sr. bc 1729 m. Mary
2:    John Boling, Jr. m. Suggs
3:      William Boling m. Amy (left will both counties, both states)
4:       Harbard Boling into Owen Co., IN and KY

A Randle family was given a hundred acres of John Boling, Srs. 400 acres,
on the Forks of the Little River. The name Benager Randle was connected
to this family. So I have a question. Did Benager Boling stem from
perhaps a daughter of a Randle. Put another way, was William Bolings wife
Amy a Randle?

In 1787 NC census of Montgomery Co., NC only 2 sons of said John Jr.,
were shown. One appears to be this William m. Amy, a son Harbard which is
why I was looking for year of birth of William. Was William less than 21
in 1787? That is was he born 1766 or after? Harbard as you know was in
the Montgomery Co., NC 1830 census, but not there in 1840.

It does appear that one of John Boling Srs., daughters married a Randle
also, the one given the 100 acres.

Again, the John Lightfoot and Randle families were intermarried, and the
Lightfoot (English family) had a daughter named Mary Bolling Lightfoot,
who must have been connected to John Lightfoot right after 1700.
(Montgomery Heritage Book, Montgomery Co., NC. has some on this family) A
Phillip Lightfoot in the area also.

A William Kennon (born VA) who was a RW soldier who came into NC and
spent his fortune on supporting NC troops in the RW had a sister named
Mary who has long been a candidate for the surname of John Bollings wife
Mary. Mary's birth date by this connection was said to be 1729 and at one
time was given by a full month day and year, which became lost (from my
records). Mecklenburg Co., NC was part of Anson at one time and a late
comer to the region. The earliest known declaration of war (RW) came from
Mecklenburg Co., NC and was signed by among others, Wallace and William
Kennon who had a sister named Mary said to marry a John Boling.

However I stress this, some of the early folks also said she was a
Jefferson, and these two lines of thought were such that most believed
her to be Mary Jefferson. However, if she was a Jefferson, she would have
been the daughter of a George Jefferson, judging from the fact that
George Jefferson, the son of a George Jefferson came into Anson Co.,
also, and left his will in part of old Anson Co. And the dates for the
later John Bolling and Mary Jefferson marriage (Goochland Co)can not be
this same family.

John Boling and Mary never used the name Jefferson,Kennon, or Randle
unless Randle was said Randolph, which was a different name.

Early records were found all over NC and points west, many were bible
records. Some early researchers have been to an extent discredited, but
so has Wyndham Robertson's work (very much so). I have lists of names
(for some Bolling families)which I feel are wrong now but at one time I
thought they were right.

Some of the problems can be traced to Bolings who intermarried with
Bollings. (group 5 and 6 for one) (group 1 and 5 for another)

Another of the bigger problems was the ego factor of the HS (find a work
which works here)crowd of inflated egos and their much incorrect
information. Some wrote books and somehow got the US Gov resources to
enforce their wrong information (read BS) and put down (our) freedom of
speech.

I for another worked for National Security at one time ( a short chain of
command) and find this to be unAmerican and not to be tolerated. However
I am aware it takes place if someone don't like you. (Read here some
General's list or some Politicians list)

I for another am fed up with this. To this day persons get between my IP
Address and my DSL IP, and prevent me from communicating this
information. At this point I have gone around the system and it has
become world wide information. Other's have joined me.

So I say to the (HS) Generals and Politicians, you are going down hard.
